Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of pak360, accessible at pak360.onl. They cover every aspect of your relationship with the platform — from account creation through to deposits, gameplay, bonus claims and withdrawals.

By accessing pak360 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of this agreement. These documents are available on the platform at all times.

pak360 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active users of material changes where practicable.

Eligibility

pak360 is strictly for adults. To register and use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list or under any active restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

pak360 does not knowingly allow access to minors. If we become aware that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds subject to review. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on pak360. Duplicate accounts are not allowed — if multiple accounts are discovered to be operated by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended pending review.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, contact details and any other information reasonably requested during registration or subsequent identity verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with anyone. pak360 will never contact you to ask for your password.

• Use a strong, unique password and do not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details up to date so we can reach you if needed.

pak360 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or where suspicious activity is identified. Documents commonly requested include a copy of a national ID card, CNIC or equivalent identification.

Deposits

All deposits on pak360 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other approved PKR payment methods listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

Funds deposited to your pak360 account are held as a gaming balance for use on the platform. Deposits are typically credited within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pak360 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. All withdrawals are in PKR and are subject to identity verification being complete on your account.

Standard withdrawal processing time is outlined on the Withdrawal page. Processing times can be affected by payment provider timelines, public holidays and bank operating hours. pak360 does not control the final transfer time once funds leave the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where identity verification documents have not been submitted or approved.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• pak360 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks prior to processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Attempts to withdraw funds that were deposited but not wagered in line with minimum play requirements may be subject to review.

Bonuses and Promotions

pak360 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cricket-season promotions tied to PSL, T20 internationals and other events. Each promotion has its own terms, which are published alongside the offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all pak360 promotions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Using bonuses in a structured or systematic way to extract value without genuine play intent is not permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household or device is permitted.
• pak360 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if the terms of the offer are found to have been abused or circumvented.
• Bonus expiry dates are stated on each promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonus credit is not reinstated.

Gameplay Rules

Games on pak360 are provided by third-party gaming software providers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. pak360 does not modify game outcomes — results are determined by the game engine in accordance with the provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer procedures.

In the event of a technical failure — disconnection, software fault or server error — mid-game, the outcome of any interrupted round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's fair play policy. pak360 will apply the provider's ruling and is not liable for losses arising from platform or internet connectivity failures outside our control.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules and bet limits of games before placing real-money wagers.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the game system.
• In rare cases of a clear technical error that results in an incorrect payout, pak360 reserves the right to correct the balance and void the affected round.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Responsible Gaming

pak360 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment — not as a source of income. We encourage players to approach gaming as a leisure activity with a pre-set budget and to never chase losses.

Players can access the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — until a cooling-off period has passed.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account. Once set, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the period expires. Pak360 will not reinstate excluded accounts early.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications at intervals reminding you of your session duration and net gaming activity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pak360 and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and a permanent ban:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform or its games.
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — these must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a genuine deposit after using the funds to play.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer formats.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud or other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent bonus terms or wagering requirements through structured play patterns.

Account Suspension and Closure

pak360 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these terms has occurred, or where required by applicable regulations or risk management obligations.

Where an account is suspended, the player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide information relevant to the review. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any funds returned.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Accounts closed voluntarily are subject to re-registration subject to platform eligibility rules.

Intellectual Property

All content on pak360 — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, page layouts and software — is the property of pak360 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

Game content is owned by the respective providers and is made available to players under licence. Your right to access and play games is personal and non-transferable.

Privacy

pak360 collects and processes personal data in order to operate player accounts, process transactions and comply with applicable obligations. The collection, storage and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, request corrections or ask for your account to be deleted, subject to legal retention requirements.

Amendments to These Terms

pak360 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal rules, bonus conditions or prohibited conduct definitions — we will provide reasonable notice through an in-platform notification or email to your registered address.

Minor updates, such as clarifications to existing terms, may be made without advance notice. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when the current version was last revised. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of pak360 after an update is posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure and balance return.
